EXERCISE PROTCOL
Trauma and conditioning doesn't only get stored in the brain. In order to protect our conscious mind from certain traumas (big or small), our subconscious mind will store unprocessed traumas in our body. One of the most powerful things we can do is to physically tap into our bodies to release the traumas that our body has stored when it didn't have a safe place to process. This protocol consists of several different exercises in a specific sequence that can help release trauma out of your body. Comfortable exercise or loose clothing is recommended.
TIMELINE
REGRESSION
This session is a little bit more of a physically relaxing way of releasing and making peace with the wounds that may be binding us. You will be laying down the whole time while I walk you into your psyche, the subconscious part of your mind that remembers and holds on to your past traumas. I will then guide you into healing those parts of yourself that need releasing. Everyone's journey into their psyche is completely different and unique. Even though there aren't any exercises involved, this session still requires your willingness to allow yourself to meet the parts of you that need attention. I'm here to assist you along the way.
